What are the steps of the hiring process?
The recruitment process can differ from one position to another. Typically, you will first be interviewed by the HR Specialist, then do an interview with a Team Lead. For some positions, we may ask you to complete a test task.

Does the company offer development and training programs for team members?
Every new team member goes through product training with our L&D specialists and mentors. This way, they can quickly get to know our processes and corporate culture. We also run workshops and continuously improve our training.
How often do you evaluate your team members? Is there room for growth?
We conduct an annual performance review where you will meet with your Team Lead to discuss your achievements over the past year and explore opportunities for further development within the company, both horizontally and vertically. In 2023, 28% of our vacancies were filled by internal candidates.
What are the technical skills requirements for working in client service?
You won’t need any specific knowledge for most positions in customer service. You will have the opportunity to get acquainted with many processes and be involved in them :)
